We hope you are looking forward to WordCamp Vancouver tomorrow as much as we are! Below is some basic information to help you plan for tomorrow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We want everyone who participates in WordCamp Vancouver to have a safe, enjoyable experience. Our Code of Conduct<\/a> extends to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers and organizers, so please be sure to read it over before arriving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Organizers and volunteers will all have distinct name badges so if you have any questions or concerns during the event please do not hesitate to talk to them. There will always be an organizer or volunteer at registration throughout the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n WordCamp Vancouver 2023 will take place at UBC Robson Square (800 Robson Street). Go through the doors next to the ice rink and follow the signs down the stairs. If coming by elevator go to the Classroom level. Directions, information on parking and transit, and a map of the location can be found on our Location page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can connect to the ‘ubcvisitor’ Wifi network at UBC Robson Square and then accept their terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n View the schedule<\/a> on the website or on the posters at the event. Your name badge will also have a QR code that will take you to the schedule page on your phone. Registration begins at 8am and opening remarks start at 8:50am followed by the first sessions. If you are still trying to decide what sessions to attend, check out some of our sample itineraries<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Coffee, tea and water will be provided in the morning and later afternoon. Lunch will include sandwiches, fruit, desserts, and cold drinks and be served at 12pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The after party will be at Hungry Guys Kitchen & Bar at 988 Granville Street starting at 5:30pm.
